Calibration management

Every measuring instrument calibrated, tagged, entered into a maintained register, and chased before it falls due.

PROGRAMMES / P-05

In detail

Calibration produces certificates. Certificates on their own do not tell you what is due, what is overdue, or what a measurement can actually be trusted to.

The register is the product

01 / 04

Every instrument we calibrate goes into a single controlled register: asset identity, location, measurement parameter, working range, method and reference standard applied, calibration date, interval, next-due date, tolerance, measured deviation, uncertainty, verdict, and the certificate number that evidences all of it.

One sheet, traceable line by line to a source document. It is the artefact an auditor asks for, and producing it in ten seconds rather than ten days is most of the value of the programme.

Nothing expires unnoticed

02 / 04

We track the due dates on your behalf and write to your nominated contacts at sixty, thirty and seven days. The failure this prevents is mundane and extremely common: an instrument quietly passes its due date, production continues on it for weeks, and every measurement taken in that window is now questionable.

Out of tolerance

03 / 04

Any instrument found outside its acceptance criteria is reported immediately with as-found data, so you can assess what was measured on it since the last calibration. Where it can be adjusted on site, it is adjusted and re-calibrated during the same visit at no additional charge. Replacement is quoted separately and only proceeds with your written approval.

As-found data matters more than as-left data. As-left tells you the instrument is fine now. As-found tells you what your last three months of readings were worth.

Term and rates

04 / 04

Available as a single annual engagement or as a three-year programme. On the three-year term the rate is fixed for the full thirty-six months with no annual increase, new instruments are folded in at the same unit rates, and visits are planned around your production calendar rather than booked reactively.

Requests are read at the bench.

Send the sample question or the instrument list. It is read by a bench professional, not routed through a ticket queue. Confirmed phone, mailbox and address publish here at launch.
