This notice covers personal data collected through qsinexus.com. It does not cover data you give us under a testing or calibration contract, which is governed by that contract and by our confidentiality policy.

When you submit a sample request or a contact enquiry we collect the name, organisation, phone number and email address you enter, together with the details of what you are asking about. We collect it for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if it becomes work, to carry that work out.

We do not collect anything you do not type. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party trackers and loads no fonts or scripts from other companies.

Our laboratory and commercial staff, to the extent they need it to answer you. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for marketing, and we do not pass it to third parties except where we are required by law or by our accreditation body.

Enquiries that do not become work are retained for a limited period and then deleted. Where an enquiry becomes a contract, the record is retained for the period required by our management system and by applicable law.

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to the address above and we will respond.

If you are not satisfied with our response you may raise the matter with the competent authority under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
