NEXUS LABS
Every result traces to a reference.
Nexus Labs is the measurement house of the QSI group: laboratory testing across food, feed, water and environments, and SAAC-accredited calibration, in Saudi Arabia. Every report states its method and every certificate states its reference.

LANE / TESTING
One lab, two lanes
Testing reads your samples. Calibration references your instruments. Both report in writing you can check, and both stay separate from any certification decision by design.
Microbiological testing
Pathogen detection and indicator organism enumeration
MicrobiologyChemical and compositional testing
Proximate composition, physical chemistry, stability indicators
ChemistryContaminants and residues
Heavy metals, mycotoxins, pesticide and drug residues
ContaminantsWater testing
Drinking, process, utility and waste water
WaterEnvironmental and surface monitoring
Surface swabs, settle plates, active air, rinse water
EnvironmentalSensory evaluation
Difference testing, descriptive analysis, acceptance panels
SensoryShelf-life studies
Real-time and accelerated studies, challenge testing
Shelf lifeNutritional labelling
Full nutrition panel, vitamins, minerals, cholesterol

Figures publish from records
Nothing on this site is estimated. These slots fill from lab records and source documents, and stay amber until they do.
Food, feed, water, environmental, sensory, food safety.
Dimensional to volume and flow, one accredited spine.
English and Arabic, both first-class.
| Parameter | Value | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Instruments calibrated per year | [VERIFY: Instruments-calibrated & tests-performed annual figures] | Publishes from lab records. |
| Tests performed per year | [VERIFY: Instruments-calibrated & tests-performed annual figures] | Publishes from lab records. |
| Accredited scope lines | Calibration: mass, mechanical, temperature and chemical measurements, published line by line with range and CMC. Testing: food and agricultural microbiology, covering aerobic plate count, Escherichia coli, coliforms and Enterobacteriaceae. | Publishes from the SAAC scope annex. |
| Client approvals | [VERIFY: Client/approval names allowed on the site] | Publishes with written permission. |
GUIDES
The regulatory guides
Saudi food regulation, written down plainly — what each rule is, which standard it comes from, and where a laboratory result sits inside it.
Importing food into Saudi Arabia
The chain from registering the product to releasing the consignment, and the two points in it where a laboratory result is what moves you forward.
Importing food into Saudi ArabiaThe GSO standards that actually bite
Labelling, nutritional declaration, packaging, food-contact plastics and microbiological criteria — with the edition number for each.

The expiry-date regulations, what a stability study has to show, and why an inherited date is a working assumption rather than evidence.

Testing by industry
The catalogue says what can be tested. These pages say where, in your operation, a result is the thing holding a decision up.
Dairy and dairy processing
Raw milk reception screening, pasteurisation verification, Aflatoxin M1 surveillance, zoned Listeria monitoring and shelf-life studies — the testing a chilled dairy operation actually depends on.
Dairy and dairy processingReady-to-eat and catering
No kill step after packing puts the environment inside the safety case. Listeria enumeration, challenge testing, zoned monitoring and hygiene verification for ready-to-eat and catering operations.
Ready-to-eat and cateringTesting for Saudi exporters
Certificates of analysis destination buyers accept, testing against the market’s limits, one determination set for every label format, and retained samples for the consignment that goes wrong.

Traceability you can see
A certificate is only as strong as the chain behind it. This is the chain behind every Nexus reading, from the SI unit down to your instrument.
SI unit
Every measurement starts at the unit definition. The chain below is what makes a certificate mean something.
National or international standard
The reference level above the lab. Nexus references are calibrated one level up the chain, and the uncertainty at this link is the smallest in the chain.
Nexus reference standard
The bench standards that carry the unit to your instrument. Identities and accredited ranges publish from the scope annex.
Your instrument
The certificate closes the chain: measured values, uncertainty and the reference used, stated on one document.
PROOF / ACCREDITATION
Accreditation is defined by the scope
Accreditation is a document with a boundary, not a badge. The certificate and its scope annex publish here as they are, and the register below stays honest about what is pending.

| Accreditation number | Calibration N-C-00592, issued 30 July 2026, valid to 29 July 2029. Testing N-T-00607, valid to 12 October 2027. Both recognised under the ILAC MRA. | From the certificate. No placeholder number is invented. |
| Issue and expiry | Calibration N-C-00592, issued 30 July 2026, valid to 29 July 2029. Testing N-T-00607, valid to 12 October 2027. Both recognised under the ILAC MRA. | Dates publish from the certificate only. |
| Accreditation standard | ISO/IEC 17025:2017, accredited by the Saudi Accreditation Center. | Stated as a formal field once the document confirms it. |
| Testing-side position | Accredited. Certificate N-T-00607 covers food and agricultural microbiological testing to ISO/IEC 17025:2017. | Stated plainly, never implied. |
NEXT / FACILITY
A new laboratory facility is taking shape in the Second Industrial City.
Details publish here when they are facts, not before. Both current laboratory locations continue exactly as listed.
PROOF / VERIFY
Check any Nexus document
Every report and certificate we issue carries a number. Online lookup against the lab register is being built and will publish here.
Enter a report or certificate number and read its status. The dataset starts empty and never shows a record that does not exist.
Requests are read at the bench.
Send the sample question or the instrument list. It is read by a bench professional, not routed through a ticket queue. Confirmed phone, mailbox and address publish here at launch.
